An ancient healing technique that works with the energy points of the body

Marma works with the energy points of the body. It improves the free flow of prana, the life force, by releasing blockages and reviving the entire energy system of the organism.

  • It unlocks the potential of the body

By activating specific marma points you work with the natural healing potential of the organism.

  • Level 2 goes deeper

Three protocols aimed at the nervous system, the eyes and the release of trauma.

The three protocols you will learn

In the Marma Level 2 advanced training you will learn three specialised protocols that restore the balance and vitality of the nervous system and strengthen its resilience.

Nervous system regulation

Balances the response of the organism to stress, supports deep restorative sleep and improves clarity of mind.

Eye health

Supports healthy eyes and clear vision, and relieves strain, dryness and tiredness in the eyes.

Trauma release

Reduces anxiety, supports the release of traumatic experiences and relieves chronic or recurring headaches.

These simple yet deeply effective practices give you the ability to support the healing processes in yourself and in the people around you, while deepening your connection with the innate wisdom of the body and the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda.
